Thunder Boy's Father is a mysterious godlike figure who is the father of several members of Thunder Cloud, and provides their source of power in some versions. He also provided his son Thunder Boy with the Thunder Sword, which he used to fight evil before giving its power to Blue Tiger and Tornado Girl, making them into the heroes they are today.
Thunder Boy's Father also provided the team with the Cloud Base.
In the upcoming 2014 story Thunder Cloud: Rain, it will be revealed that his name is Deiwos. In early drafts of this story, his name was Dimoz.

- "Deiwoz" is based on the Indo-European word "Deiwos", meaning "God". A variation of this word serves as the name for the Indo-European thunder god "Dyeus Phter", who is the ancestor of gods in various mythologies, including the Greek god Zeus.
