The Brookdale Orphanage is the place where some of the Thunder Cloud kids lived as children.

All four members of Thunder Cloud lived at the Brookdale Orphanage, until a mysterious villain showed up there looking for something. They escaped, finding the Blue Crystal which gave them incredible powers. ("2006 Comic")
